The coach workspace

For coaches and advisors: invite client companies, read their briefs, keep private notes and send branded emails.

If you coach or advise leadership teams, the coach workspace gives you one place to follow every client: their Monday briefs, how check-ins are going, and your own private notes. It comes with the Coach / Advisor plan, for up to 10 client companies.

For coaches: set up your practice

  1. Create your ClearAim company for your coaching practice.
  2. Open Settings → Coach and turn on This is a coaching practice.
  3. Head to your coach workspace at /coach/.

Invite a client

  1. In your coach workspace, invite a client by the email of the client company's owner.
  2. The client's owner or an admin accepts the invite in their own Settings → Coach.
  3. Accepting turns coach access on, and the client's briefs show up in your workspace.

You can work with up to 10 client companies.

What a coach can see

Only clients who have turned coach access on, and for each of them:

  • Their CEO briefs, the same ones the CEO receives
  • A brief feed that brings all your clients' briefs together in one stream
  • Their check-in reply rate, so you know how the habit is landing
  • Your private coaching notes

Coaching notes belong to your coaching practice. Only your practice can see them. The client never does.

White-label emails

Make ClearAim feel like part of your coaching. With white-label emails, your clients' check-ins, briefs and recaps carry:

  • Your logo
  • Your from-name
  • Your accent color

A small "Powered by ClearAim" line sits in the footer.

For clients: you stay in control

Working with a coach is always your company's choice.

  • Accept the invite in Settings → Coach. Only the owner or an admin can do this.
  • Turn coach access off and on any time. While it's off, your coach sees only your company's name, marked "Access paused": no briefs, no reply rate.
  • Remove the coach whenever you like.

Your coach never sees more than what's listed above, and only while access is on.

Tips for coaches

  • Read the brief before each session. "Needs your decision" and "newly needs attention" make great conversation starters.
  • Keep a running note per client so every session picks up where the last one left off.
  • Talk about the reply rate together. A dip is usually a sign the questions or timing need a tweak, which the client can change in Settings → Check-ins.
