Team: $149/month or $1,490/year

For a single leadership team.

• Up to 8 leaders
• One leadership team
• All the core features: tasks, positions, KPIs, outcomes, check-ins, AI matching and the Monday brief

Company: $299/month or $2,990/year

For growing companies that want more room and more ways to share.

• Up to 20 leaders
• Extra teams
• Viewer seats for your board or investors

Coach / Advisor: $499/month

For coaches, advisors and consultants who work with several leadership teams.

Paying yearly on Team or Company costs the same as ten months, so you get two months free.

Managing your plan

Billing lives in Settings → Billing. Billing is part of the owner role, so the company owner is the one who sees it.

From there, ClearAim opens the secure Stripe customer portal, where you can change your plan, update your payment details or cancel.

Payments are handled by Stripe. ClearAim never stores your full card number.

Common questions

Who counts as a leader? Everyone on your leadership team who holds a position and gets check-ins. If you're not sure which plan fits, email us and we'll help you pick.

What happens when the trial ends? Choose a plan in Settings → Billing to keep going.

Can I change plans later? Yes. Open Settings → Billing and change it in the Stripe customer portal.
